Preview and Publish not working

I have been using Articulate 13 Presenter and until just yesterday it was working good. When I click the Publish and/or the Preview buttons under the Articulate tab, nothing happens. I've made some changes to my presentation so I need to update. Please help.

Thank you. I had to do a repair just a few months ago. Is this a problem that happens a lot? I am borrowing this software from someone else to see if I want to make the investment and so far I am not totally on board. I have to send my computer to our IT department to get the repair done and it takes my computer away for several days at a time. Please advise if maybe there could be something on this particular computer that could be causing this issue to repeat.

Hi Beth!

When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information.

The Articulate End-User License Agreement entitles a single user to use Articulate software on a maximum of two computers, such as a home computer and work computer, or a desktop computer and laptop computer. If you'd like to install the software on additional computers or would like more than one individual to use the software, you'll need to purchase additional licenses.
