Preview and published module blank

Hello,

I am running Presenter 09 in a Windows 10 (32 bit) environment and have installed the latest update. When I attempt to preview or publish, the window shows 3 buttons: Close Preview, Edit Slide and Player Template, but is otherwise blank. Clicking on Edit Slide gives the following error: "An error has occurred in a script on this page. Error: 'g_ncurrentslideindex' is undefined. Results are the same when publishing.

I've used 09 with Windows 10 before but have not experienced difficulty. Any ideas? Is this a compatibility issue? A Flash issue? Flash is fairly up to date but may not be the latest version. Also have reinstalled the Articulate update several times and restarted each time.

Any ideas?
