Preview feature not working

When I try to preview a single slide, or range of slides, Presenter stops responding. PPT closes. Upon re-opening I'm asked to disable the Articulate ribbon because it caused a severe error.

Re-enabling the ribbon doesn't solve the problem.

I preview sections of a program to ensure that I have included everything that I need to, rather than waiting to view the whole program.

Please help. Thanks.

Hi LIsa,

The article doesn't suggest uninstalling your operating system, but rather running a repair installation of Microsoft Office and Articulate Studio, only after you are unable to resolve the problem by working from a local drive or re-enabling the Articulate add-ins.
