When I try to preview a single slide, or range of slides, Presenter stops responding. PPT closes. Upon re-opening I'm asked to disable the Articulate ribbon because it caused a severe error.
Re-enabling the ribbon doesn't solve the problem.
I preview sections of a program to ensure that I have included everything that I need to, rather than waiting to view the whole program.

The article doesn't suggest uninstalling your operating system, but rather running a repair installation of Microsoft Office and Articulate Studio, only after you are unable to resolve the problem by working from a local drive or re-enabling the Articulate add-ins. If you're uncomfortable performing any of the steps listed in our support articles, please don't hesitate to contact our excellent support staff for more assistance, and they'll be happy to work with you on troubleshooting steps. Thanks!

That's really unfortunate that the solution seems to required I uninstall both my operating system and the Articulate software. Why would this happen?
