Preview issue after updating(update2,Chinese) Mar 06, 2014 By Soogyung Gwon I’ve just updated my articulate2013 with update2 file. And I found that I can’t preview some slides anymore. It was fine in the morning before I updated it. Slides contain Chinese. I can preview some slides even if they have Chinese character. But strange thing is that I can’t preview some of them. And if I remove all Chinese characters, preview works. Also English slide which has same effect and animation is OK. Is there anybody who faces the same situation by updating atriculate2013? Second time, blank windows appeared when previewing the same course content on local disk. Soogyung Gwon Author 10 years ago03/07/14 at 10:08 am (UTC) Hi everybody, Sorry for the unclear comment. My previous comment, it looks like reinstalling may resolve the problem, but I only reinstalled Articulate 2013 and didn't update with update2 file. Reinstalling doesn't resolve the problem, but you can use preview and publish after reinstalling it.
Leslie McKerchie Staff 10 years ago03/07/14 at 10:24 am (UTC) No problem Terry! Thanks for the clarification Soogyung and I can see where you have submitted a support case (#00388165).
