Preview issue after updating(update2,Chinese)

FYI, I uninstalled articulate2013 and reinstalled it, and preview is OK now.

If there is anybody who has same problem, reinstall it.

Iencountered a previewing problem.

Firsttime, previewing, publishing and uploading to Moodle 2.6, everything is OK.

Second time,blank windows appeared when previewing the same course content on local disk. (Just a couple hours later)

Thirdtime, reinstall Articulate Studio 13, unfortunately, it didn’t work.

Sorry for the unclear comment.

My previous comment, it looks like reinstalling may resolve the problem, 

but I only reinstalled Articulate 2013 and didn't update with update2 file.

Reinstalling doesn't resolve the problem, but you can use preview and publish after reinstalling it.

Thanks for the clarification Soogyung and I can see where you have submitted a support case (#00388165).

For those that may run across this thread, Soogyung had an issue that our QA Team had to look further into and was resolved with our latest update.
