It's pretty simple but when I want to preview my work and I click Preview (either the current slide, next 3 or range) I simply don't get the module to play. I have rebooted the system and a month or two ago, we reinstalled the suite. It seems to have happened only after I installed the latest upgrade. UPDATE: I re-installed the suite and the issue is RESOLVED!

Hi Paul- Dumb question. Did you uninstall first? Just want to make sure. I do not want to loose any work. Thanks, Tim

Hello Tim,
Yes I uninstalled Articulate Studio 13 only, then reinstalled. Took about 5 minutes! Make sure you have your key ready and you're good to go.
