Preview & Publishing Errors

I am using PowerPoint 2003 & Articulate Studio 9.

I have created a presentation in Powerpoint with some engage interactions at the end of the presentation. When ever i try to preview or publish through Articulate Presenter I get 2 different runtime errors the first is runtime error 11 and the second is runtime error 0. What are these errors and how can i fix the problem?

So far I have tried it on only 1 presentation. the error occures every timeĀ I try and preview, when i try and publish it starts to publish then stalls, I have left it running in case it is just taking a while but after 8 hours and the status bar not moving I shut it down.

I have attached 5 screen shots of the preview error.

Can you create a new test presentation and see if you can duplicate the issue? If you can't duplicate the issue with a new presentation, I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.

Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.

If you can duplicate the issue with a new presentation, take a look at these articles to see if they help:

If you are still having difficulty, I would then create a trace log to send to us. Here's how:

Please follow the steps below to generate for us a trace log of what's happening:

1) Download, extract, and double-click the below trace tool (keep the window open):
2) Launch PowerPoint. PowerPoint should be launched only after the trace window is open.
3) Follow the steps you normally take to reproduce your issue.
4) When you are finished reproducing your issue, in the Trace window copy the text and paste it into Notepad.
5) Attach the log file to your reply to us for review.
