Preview/ Publishing Problem

While I love Articulate, I have been having a few issues regarding the preview/ publish feature. When I preview my current courses objects move or become resized, annimations are out of sync, and formating with shadows/ text become cut off within the slide view. I even started using slide masters hopping that this would solve the issue, but objects still move or become formatted incorrectly when published. I am using PP 2007 with Presenter 09. Has anyone encountered this before? What would be some good ways to trouble shoot the problem?

Hi Robert & welcome to Heroes,
If you have published a presentation and notice that some of your slide does not display in the published output it is likely you are not using a supported slide dimension. Please see:

If the above link does not cure the issue, then the issue may be related to your DPI setting. Articulate products currently support 96 DPI. If your system’s DPI is set to 120, this can cause erratic behavior using Presenter ’09 and is not supported by Articulate. For more information, see the link below:

Hey Brian,
Thanks for the reply. I've double checked the DPI and slide dimension properties and they are set to the recommended settings, but I am still having the same preview problems. Any other ideas?
I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.
Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/?p=457
Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.
