Hi James! The best way to test your content is in it's intended environment after publishing. Your preview still should not be behaving like that though. What do your settings look like? Is your machine set to 96 DPI? What about your screen resolution, slide size, browser settings/player size? As for your second question, here is a great tutorial on advance slide behavior.
