I just had two customers both of whom said the print results did not appear at the end of course after typing their name in the box after complete test questions. When the print results button was clicked, nothing happened.
Hi, Daniel -- Did you happen to come across this thread by chance, Print Quiz Results with Name? And could you share why type of environment (LMS, etc.) in which your customers are experiencing this? You may want to test in the SCORM Cloud for functionality, as it is the industry standard. And you are welcome to provide your file or a sample here so we can try to check it out for you.
