As far as I'm aware, the only way is for you to publish the presentation to word, then publish the engage interactions to word and combine the documents.
Yup--and it's a bit of a pain to do so. With Articulate working on the next version of the Suite, might be a good time to submit a feature request here for Articulate's consideration on this.
Hope they have this covered on some level with Storyline also. Including a printed copy of the course is something strongly recommended at my company.
