Has anyone run into any problems inserting a swf on a slide? I have been building a course and inserting several swf's in the same course today, and suddenly on my 4th swf insert attempt, the swf insert screen is totally blank. I even re-created another swf and tried to insert it, with the same results. I know there is nothing wrong with the swf because I opened it and it plays fine. Help!!!!!
Are you trying to insert all four SWFs on the same slide? If so, Presenter ’09 only supports three Flash movies per slide. If that's not the issue, have a look at our Flash movie best practices to see if something else jumps out at you as to what the issue may be. If all else fails, we'd be happy to take a look your course files and SWFs to see if we can help troubleshoot. Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server.
