Enabling add-on causes PowerPoint 2013 to crash. I just bought Articulate Studio 13 yesterday, and I can't get it to install. PowerPoint will only run when add-on is disabled. Then, when I enable the add-on in options it causes PowerPoint to close the program.
I have repaired PowerPoint as been suggested in other posts. It didn't fix the problem.
I had to disable and remove completely Kaspersky Internet Security. Once I downloaded Norton Internet Security, I then downloaded Articulate Presenter again and success!!! The Articulate tab is now appears in PowerPoint 2013.

I was finally able to activate Articulate Presenter with PowerPoint 2013. I researched on the Articulate Support site and found this information.
