I imported music on a couple slides of the presentation. When testing it, the presentation plays correctly on Chrome, Firefox and Safari. However, having problems with Internet Explorer. Eveything plays correctly except the background music. What can I do to fix this?

Found out that it is not just the music but the audio as well. We have many people testing this and the problem is sporadic. The video is playing fine, just no sound. Some in IE11, IE9 and Chrome cannot hear anything. Others using the same browsers are having no problems.

We discovered that it was proxy setting within our company that was causing the problem. The client was not having the issue, just the internal company testing group. Thanks for your assistance.
