Would you be willing to send us your project files so we can try to help? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
We export our original German course into an XLIFF file and give it to an external translation company. The translated file is then imported into Articulate 360. The program uses the font “Arial (Überschriften)” = Arial headlines.
The texts look ok, only when we start the player these Asian texts (Chinese, Japanese and Korean) suddenly change their contence.
Do you notice this problem during Preview, in the published output, or both? Also, would you mind sharing your .story file so I can try to replicate the issue with the text? You can send it to me privately by using this upload link. I'll let you know what I find, and will delete it after troubleshooting.
By the way, it looks like you may have replied via email where your contact information came through. This Peek 360 video will show you how to edit it out if you'd like!

Hi Sainath,
Please check out the localization guidelines below. Hopefully this would help you with publishing your file.

Another technique that has been useful for me is to change the font of problematic text to "Arial Unicode MS".

Hi all,
And what is now the solution for this problem?
Hello Marco and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Thanks for reaching out. This conversation is a bit dated, so let's start anew.
I see that you are using Articulate 360, so I assume you are asking about translation with Presenter 360.
You can translate your courses as you can read in this documentation as well as customize your text labels as explained here.
Can you explain the specific problem that you're running into? Are you getting an error when publishing?
