I have an eLearning that has a quiz included in it. Before the user gets to the quiz, I want them to open and read an attachment. When I try to click on the attachment tab, I get an error saying "You must complete the quiz in order to continue." In the player template for Presenter, the user navigation is chosen for "Free - user can view slides in any order". In the player template for Quizmaker, I don't see anything that is forcing the user to complete the quiz before opening an attachment. Any ideas?

You could try changing the properties of the Quizmaker slide in Presenter.
Navigate to your Quizmaker slide in Powerpoint
Click the 'Properties' button on the slide
Change 'Allow user to leave the quiz' from 'After user has completed the quiz' TO 'At any time'
Click the close button
Republish and test
