I have added a .flv video file and a mp4 video file to an Engage file. It plays fine when I do a publish and play from my desktop, but when I put it on our website there is a rectangle where the video normally shows and plays in the slide. Anyone know what the problem might be?
We added the MIME types and it works on one of our websites now, but not the other and still doesn't work on our internal server. Getting closer. Any other suggestions?
Just what I shared above. Be sure that you are viewing the content in it's intended environment, that your Flash Player is up-to-date, and that you do not have any special characters in the file name.

Hi Rebecca!
If you've included videos in your Articulate content and find that they do not play in your published output, please review this article.
Hi Leslie,
These videos actually do play in the published output when they are on my desktop but not when they are posted to our site (or from our server).
So, do you have the file MIME types loaded on your server as the last section shows?
