Problem with logos

Hi,

I need to change the logo in my course, but the functions seem to have broken for me. When I click on 'Presentation Options' I get the below error message twice in a row. After clicking 'OK' twice, the Presentation Options will open and let me select the default logo - but then the changes don't actually apply. I've tried repairing and re-installing Articulate, but that didn't work.

Suggestions?

Hi Sorcha,

Can you try restarting your computer to see if that resolves the issue? It sounds like you have two of the AP6.exe processes running at the same time.

Thanks for the speedy response Brian. I've tried that a couple of times, no luck. I've also tried it in brand new presentations with no prior settings, themes or templates - but I have the same problem everywhere.
