Problem with Navigation for HTML5 Version in our LMS

Feb 28, 2014

I published a copy of a presentation, including the HTML5 output option, for our LMS.  When I uploaded it the default/flash version works fine.  No problems thus far with navigation or SCORM reporting the object completed to the LMS, using index_lms.html as the launch page.

However, the HTML5 version is buggy for navigation.  Slides do not automatically progress from one to the next.  The "next" and "previous" buttons seem to freeze up and do not work.  I confirmed via an iPad that I am correctly being directed to the index_lms_html5.html page.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

@Leslie - confirmed the same behavior via SCORM Cloud.  With the HTML5 version the slides do not progress.  The next and previous buttons will work if I use them before a slide ends, but navigation seems to lock up/freeze once a slide ends.

This course was originally built in an older version of Presenter and converted to Presenter 2013.
