I am upgrading an old Presenter file to 360, and I am having an issue with an embedded quiz when playing the file in Internet Explorer. In IE, a warning pop up displays as soon as page loads without clicking anything. It is an IE-exclusive issue. I am not unable to replicate the problem (reported by the test lab) and am in need of a solution. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
I can appreciate that it's frustrating when only a few testers are running into an issue, especially when you're unable to replicate the behavior yourself.
Can you share a screenshot of the error message the testers saw? Do you know if the testers were using the exact same version of Internet Explorer that you're using?
We'll be standing by – and if we can find a trend, that will help us nail down what’s going on here!
