I´m publishing a presentation with several quizzes and resume
enabled.
The resume works when I stop the course before the 5th quiz. And
if I go to a quiz slide, the quiz is already done (that´s what I
want).
If I close the presentation after I´ve done the 5th quiz, when I
resume the presentation it goes to the next question whithout feedback, like I
have not completed the quiz.
You are likely hitting the limits for resume data allowed in SCORM 1.2. Unless you are able to modify the character limit imposed by your LMS for resume data, you are going to need to disable resume in probably most, if not all, your quizzes. See:

you could always publish to scorm 2004 which gives you plenty of extra data

I am having this same issue. Would publishing in AICC help at all? My LMS also does not support SCORM 2004.
