Problem with Spotlight annotation not clearing

Hi,
I have annotated a slide including the following sequence:
- Spotlight an area
- Draw a rectangle, without clearing the spotlight ("Show All" selected)
- Clear All
In the Preview this works as expected. When I publish to WEB, the third step clears the rectangle, but the spotlight remains.
I created a test presentation with just the one slide, and tried the same annotations, and everything's fine. But I cannot get my first presentation to work, even if I copy the (working) slide from the test back into the original presentation.
Has anyone see this issue? Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike!
Since you are able to get the same functionality to work in a new presentation, perhaps there is some corruption in your original file that is causing issue.
Note: Resources, such as audio and video, that you inserted via Articulate Presenter into the original presentation will need to be inserted again into the new presentation. You may need to export the narration from your original presentation. Then import it into the new presentation.
Thanks for your reply Leslie.
I tried your suggestion, but it didn't fix the problem.
Hi Mike! I'd like to take a look to see if I can re-create the issue and will send you a PM on how to upload properly for review.
Why you need to publish the created annotation to web broswer? In fact, you can directly use the web ppt annotation tool to add and draw annotation on powerpoint presentation slide on web broswer, which is usually implemented within a ppt web viewer. We know, with a ppt html viewer, we can easily view and process ppt slide on web page. Besides the annotation creation option, the web ppt annotation plutin still supports removing and customizing created annotation object.
