I have installed Update 3 of Studio 13 on my laptop. But then I have met some problems : Powerpoint was blocked, or didn't start anymore. I have tried to install it again, but still the same issue. Then I have removed this update and installed Update 2. Now it works correctly.

We have seen some installation issues with the update.
Can you try the following to resolve the issue?
Install VSTO
Install at least .NET Framework 4.0
After installing the above, please restart your machine.
If you continue to have problems, follow all of the steps listed in this link.
You are also welcome to reach out to us in support so that we can take a closer look at the issue.

I have installed VSTO (.NET Framework was already on my laptop).
Now Studio 13 Update 3 works fine.
