WE HAVE TO CREATE COURSE IN TURKISH INTERFACE ANF TURKISH WITH TURKISH CONTENT ( like Ş İ Ö Ğ g) BUT SOME CARACTERE DONT APPEAR WE TRIED ISO-8859-9 UTF-8 . It dosent solved we need urgent help to solve thıs bug.
We had some problem in Articulate player when we used i, ş ğ in capital. It means İ , Ş, Ğ. But we solved it this afternoon after 3 spending 3 days on.

We have solved the problem , now it works with english, turkish and bulgarian courses. But would like to share our experiences and suggestions gained during the production of lectures with articulate in three languages . Whats happen when you have to respect the courses content in 3 different language but same format... Articulate need to be developed in this way.
I am using Articulate to create a course with some parts in Spanish. In general I haven't had problems using characters with accent marks, until I tried to create a Learning Game. Everything looked fine while I was building the game but once I hit preview, the characters that had accent marks completely disappeared, so that words went from 'opción' to 'opcin,' 'baño' to 'bao,' etc.
Learning Games do not support Unicode characters that are necessary to display certain characters. If you'd like to see that feature implemented into a future release, please submit a support case to us by using the link below:
