Problem with viewing the tutorial

I can publish my tutorial successfully but when I click on View the presentation, the programme only open the notepad player not the tutorial. This is a new problem, I was able to view without any problems before. I have tried changing where I save the file without success.

Hi Nathalie!

I'm having a little trouble understanding the problem you're having. I assume you're working on an example from the tutorial section of the Articulate site, is that right? Or is this just a project you created in Presenter?

I'm also not sure what you mean by the notepad player. Can you post a screenshot or walk me through what's happening?

If it's a presentation you're working with and it's not playing properly when you view the published version, make sure you're not viewing the content locally. If you just click on "View Presentation", it may not load properly. Try uploading the content to a web server, etc to test it.

Here's some more information that may help you:

 If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.

To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:
