Problems uploading Presentations to our website.

Hello
I have been trying to upload a course onto our wesite via an ftp program (filezilla). Every time I try I keep on getting the same problem, a blank articulate player appears with the slide progress showing 100 of 160 even though there is only about 45 slides in the presentation (I have attached a screen shot). I'm not sure if this is an issue with my ftp client but I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem resolved it.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Marc

Hi Marc,
When uploading your published presentations to a Web server via a third-party FTP client, be sure your FTP client is using Binary Transfer Mode. If you use ASCII Transfer Mode or Auto Transfer Mode, the XML files in your published content may become corrupt, which will cause various playback issues. It is also important to maintain the directory structure of your published content.
I'm not sure if you've seen this already, but here is a video screencast demonstrating how to upload a published presentation to a Web server using FileZilla:
Hi Christine,
You are a star. I checked the transfer mode and it was set to auto, I changed this to binary as you suggested and the first upload I tried worked perfectly.
Thank you for your help.
Marc
That's awesome news, Marc! I'm very happy to hear that worked for you
I hope you have a wonderful Friday!
Christine
