Problems with animation

I am having trouble with the Sync Animations function in a presentation. This is the first presentation I have worked on with the updated Articulate '13. Everything seems to be set correctly ("On Click", the audio is synced just fine, and in Audio Editor, the New Animation lines appear in the correct places), but when I preview or publish the presentation, no animations play at all. The slide just comes up with all the information up front, which is kind of an overload if it doesn't play along with the narration. What am I missing?

Hi, Stiroh -- thanks so much for your question and sorry to hear of your difficulties! Please confirm that you are following the steps outlined here, and you may also want to take a look at this info regarding a recent Flash issue that was affecting a variety of functionality. 

If issues persist, you may find the troubleshooting steps here to be helpful, as well. :)
