problems with articulate

Please follow the steps below to generate for us a trace log of what's happening:

1) Download, extract, and double-click the below trace tool (keep the window open):

2) Launch PowerPoint. PowerPoint should be launched only after the trace window is open.
3) Follow the steps you normally take to reproduce your issue.
4) When you are finished reproducing your issue, in the Trace window copy the text and paste it into Notepad.
5) Attach the log file to your reply to us for review.

I downloaded yesterday a TRIAL VERSION of Articulate Studio 09 but when I publish my Old Powerpoint File on Articulate (plugin) it says TRIAL PERIOD EXPIRED.

Hi Maria. Once you have installed Articulate Studio '09 on your computer, your trial period begins. If you have installed the trial on this computer before, that would be why your trial is expired. Unfortunately  you would need to install the trial on a different computer if you needed to give Studio a test run again.

We have been working in multiple languages which including European, Western and Eastern language.  We are having the problem about font collapse and display issues about Articulate 9 engage and quiz.

- Does Thai language support in Articulate 9? if yes, please could you specify font used for Thai language.

- Some problem we have found about this application in Articulate Quiz. It is about the alignment in the result pop up which the sentence and percentage are the line up correctly, I had tried to move one of them to line up manually but it was hard to control as what I want it to be. Once I published to course, the output sometime does not look the same as I did in the working file. This is surprised to me!! Do you have any suggestion or setting if these problem can be fixed?

I am having 32 articulate files for one PowerPoint file. I was working on audio files in audio editor while this happened.

This discussion is quite a bit older, but I'm not clear on the issue you're running into.
