Problems with Articulate displaying slide time as x/00:00

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help with a problem we're having with our published slides.  The timer correctly increases, while the 'total time' of each slide remains at 00:00.  This means as time progresses the timer looks like this:

00:00/00:00

00:01/00:00

00:02/00:00

...

02:43/00:00

Does anyone know if there is a known fix for this?  We've tried republishing.
