Problems with Audio

Hi,

I have just completed the narration on 150 slides (with Presenter). I published the file and there's no audio. I understand that some have encountered audio issues so I have done the following:

1. Ensured Articulate Presenter Communicator & Ribon Adins are active.

2. Saved the file to the desktop before publishing

I have tried exporting the files but nothing shows in the new export audio folder.

As you can see, there appears to be something recorded but I can't hear anything when published / preview mode. Nor can I locate the files to export and somehow add it manually. 

Can anyone assist with this?
