Problems with ordering with embedded SWF
May 18, 2012
Hi,
I'm trying to embed a .swf animation I've made into a Presenter file. However, I've got a couple of issues with the .swf. One is that I don't seem to be able to make the background transparent on the .swf (all the support docs I've read seem to indicate this is only possible if embedding with .html) and when I try to send the .swf to the back of the page, this has no effect. This is preventing me having standard slide objects overlaying the .swf. I've also tried to bring the objects to front, but again this doesn't work. Is this a bug in the program?
Thanks,
Laura

Hi Laura,
Right, in Presenter the .SWF will always be the top layer, covering any objects or images (with the exception of annotations). This older thread explores some options available to you, including using a Quizmaker slide. Hope it's helpful!
Thanks Peter.
I did do a search for this before I posted, but must not have used quite the right search terms!
