I have created a program that is to run on an LMS. During testing, the size of the program does not fill the window. When I go to Player Templates>Other, I see there are some check boxes to set the Browser Window Setting. Currently these are set at:
Browser size: Display at user's current browser size
Presentation size: Scale presentation to fill browser window.
There is another option that is currently unchecked that reads: Launch presentation in new window.
Does anyone know what I should put these settings at so that the program opens to the correct size?
It sounds like those settings are correct. There is going to be some space around the player. It doesn't completely fill the window from edge to edge.
Try publishing for the Web so you can see what it is supposed to look like. Then publish for LMS and upload it there and see if there is any difference. If there is it likely has to do with how your LMS is launching the content.
