The prompt to resume box on my course does not contain any text. The frame for the text appears, and the frames for the buttons appear... but not text. When I click what should be the buttons, no action takes place. I cannot resume where I left off.
I have reviewed the settings for the 'prompt to resume' feature and the option is checked, as is the LMS setting. I also turned off pop-up blockers but that had no effect.
Has anyone run into this issue before? Please take a look as the attached screenshot.
Thanks for sharing the image here and I haven't seen that behavior before. It looks like you're using Presenter 09 - do you know what update you're using? I know there was a previous issue with the resume functionality in an LMS as detailed here - but we're now on Update 10. Have you looked into testing at SCORM Cloud too? It's an industry standard for testing SCORM content.
