Prompt to resume not working Apr 20, 2012 By Peb Thomas Hello folks I can't figure it out - I have the appropriate box ticked in the miscellaneous section of the Player Controls within the Player Template. Unfortunately when I leave the elearning and try to resume where I left it, I am instead returned to the start. Can you help?
Phil Mayor Hero almost 12 years ago04/20/12 at 1:56 am (UTC) Couple of things is the course asking if you would like to resume? If no then you need to reselect the template when you publish. If yes are you using it in an lms? It may be you are using a large course and there is too much resume data,

no the course isn't throwing up the prompt to resume at all.
I have made sure that the template is selected before I publish (well I think I am - its certainly the one showing)
So I am still stuck :(
