Prompt to Resume on quiz restart in quizmaker

Dec 27, 2011

Having problems with quizmaker. We have been using a template for quizmaker for weeks. Nothing has changed in the template. For some strange reason, when we publish the course it resumes the quiz after you leave it. in the template we use, the "prompt to resume on quiz restart" is not checked.  I am not sure why it is doing this.

Does anyone know where in any of the xml documents that are created when published, i can manually change that setting?

Thanks,

Dawn

Welcome to Heroes, Dawn!

Are you publishing to an LMS, by any chance? If so, under Articulate -> Player Templates -> Player Controls, have you tried checking the box to ignore Flash cookies? If unchecked, your content will resume using the LMS’ resume data, but will use the Flash cookie if the LMS does not support resume.

Yeah, we have done all of that. We never had this problem before. Others are using the same quizmaker template and publishing the same way as this one and they are not having the same problem.

This is going up on an LMS system. I have created several different asset records to upload the course to thinking it could be a cache issue. It is not a cache issue.
