Prompt to Resume window has no words!

Hello,
I chose to allow users to resume when they return to a course, however, the words have disappeared! Also, the "Slide 1 of 5" that is displayed in the seekbar also does not appear properly. Please take a look at the screenshot below.

If you receive a blank pop-up message, dialog, button, or label during playback of a published Presenter ’09 presentation, it indicates that one or more text labels in your player template are blank. Have a look:
