publish locks on slide w/ flv file

When I publish or preview the slides with a flv file, the publish and/or preview locks-up and won't publish all the way. This is only ocurring in the files I am translating, however, in the original English ppt file previews/publishes in seconds and plays fine- same exact flv file- no translation.
To translate the English file to other languages I am simply doing a save as and retitle the file. Many times now, I am being asked to disable my addins on the save as verison- which I know how to do. Also, I have deleted the flv in the translated ppt version and then added it back in, but no luck with that being a quick fix. Thoughts?

Hi Mary!
When you're changing the title of the file for translation purposes, are you using accents or other special characters? I'm not sure if or why that would cause an issue, but it might be a good starting ground...
Hi Peter,
I am changing the title of the ppt for example I add: _Chinese.pptx But, I will play around with the pptx file title.
I am not changing the title of the flv file because there is really no need to change that name as the file is not changing.
OK, thanks Mary!
If you'd like us to take a closer look at what might be causing the issue, we'd be happy to. First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload. Thanks!
