holly brown Author 12 years ago02/15/12 at 11:56 am (UTC) what is DPI and how do I find out what settings they are on.?? I publish quite a few modules-- but this is the first one that has flubbed up...
Dwayne Schamp 12 years ago02/15/12 at 12:14 pm (UTC) if you are using a true type font, it might not be embedding. try this fix found here to embed the font into the PPT file http://support.microsoft.com/kb/826832 and scroll down to the Office 2007 area. But it looks like standard serif font. what font is the top picture using?
Adam Truckenmiller 12 years ago02/15/12 at 12:26 pm (UTC) Hi Holly, I have came across this issue before (not necessarily with the particular font that you are using). Typically this occurs with a "non-typical" font that Articulate does not recognize. When this occurs to me I will either do 1 of two things: 1) Save the text, that is being changed, as a picture through PPT. After saving the text as a .PNG then remove the text and reinsert it as an image. or 2) Simply change the font to something else, such as Arial or Times New Roman.
