Hello, after publishing to web and using the option to email it, the recipient can't view the html file despite following the included instructions (To view this content: 1. Save the attached zip file to your computer. 2. Extract (unzip) the file. 3. Double-click the presentation.html file). Please could you provide any advice on why this may not be working? If I email it to myself it works. Many thanks.
hmmmm, sounds like a user error to me. Some people just can't unzip a file and go right for the html file when opening the .zip. Have you tried screen sharing to see what the person is actually doing?
Is that by following the instructions the file doesn't unzip, or is it that after following the instructions the course doesn't play?
If it is the latter it could be because you are publishing to Web and then trying to run it locally, browser security settings sometimes get in the way. Try publishing to CD instead and see if that works.

Hello,
Thanks for your reply, much appreciated.
Still no joy :-( we are doing something wrong.
These are the files appearing...attached if that helps at all.
The instructions on the email are:
To view this content:
1. Save the attached zip file to your computer.
2. Extract (unzip) the file.
3. Double-click the presentation.html file.
Thanks!
Hi Charlotte
Is that by following the instructions the file doesn't unzip, or is it that after following the instructions the course doesn't play?
