Publish to Word from Presenter

Hi all,

In older versions of Articulate Presenter, I was able to save my training as a Word document with slide thumbnails and give it to the developers to make changes in Word with tracking on. We have a LOT of text in our training, and the developers feel comfortable using Word this is very good way to make changes.

However, I cannot find this option in Presenter 360. Am I just missing it? Or has it been removed? Is there a better way to do this?

Hi there, Jenny!

To locate Presenter 360's Publish to Word function: Go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon and click Publish. When the Publish window appears, the Word tab should appear on the left.

I'm sorry you're coming across this error! A few questions to dig a little deeper into what could be the issue:

  • Are you on the latest version of Studio 360?
  • Are you working from a network drive or locally?
  • Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

If you are fully updated and saving files to your local drive and still the issue persists, try repairing Studio 360 and see if it helps. Looking forward to hearing back!
