Published file displayed Incorrectly

Hi Alex, that plays fine on my machine locally using firefox on a Mac

Is it displaying incorrectly via your lms, is so I think you have your indow settings wrong

I am obligated to use IE8 on a PC. The screenshot was taken while the published file sat on my desktop.

Sorry couldnt check with IE 8, are you using the launcher to launch or just double clicking player.html

strange, should work, have you set the presentation options to scale, but then locked at the optimal browser?

To be honest I am clutching at straws now as this should work fine, I saw it myself a couple of years ago but in firefox, but this was using a custom skin, have you tried publishing with the corporate template to see if it still does its (to be honest this looks like corporate so just ignore me if it is)

If this doesnt resolve it submit it to articulate to have a look at

I did set the Browser size to "Resize browswer to optimal size" ...still no luck.

sorry, I have tested it on IE9 and it works fine as well, looks like you need someone from articulate to look at this

The solution: In ‘Player Template’ > Other

(1) Browser size: Resize browser to optimal size

(2) Presentation size: Scale presentation to fill browser window
