I created a file in Presenter, and published it for my LMS (GeoMaestro). I loaded the zip file into the LMS. the file will not play (file not found). I contacted GeoMaestro support and they said the problem is with the course.au file, and I need to edit the file to read index_lms.html. When I locate the course.au file, it will not open. Codec not found. Help!
I'm the same boat, but with Studio 9. The file published but when I try to view the video, the load bar that goes across the screen freezes 1/4 the way across.
Hi Corey! This thread is a bit dated. Is this happening when you publish to your LMS as the original author mentioned? If so, are you able to replicate this behavior within SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?

Nevermind, I found out its a Google Chrome error. It works fine if published for the web if viewed on IE. Any thoughts why?
