Published files dont play

Hi all,

 i have published two courses to lms and saved on drive c but when i click to view presentation output, file is blank.The player file is also blank.Am i missing something? I have the Adobe flash player downloaded on my computer.I have published files before with no issues.I tested the file on lms and it didnt work either, i got an error message.

I restarted my computer yet it didnt work. Microsoft Office 2010 was downloaded on my pc a couple of days ago.I doubt if it has anything to do with this.I tried to view on firefox as well but it didnt work.

When i clicked on prior published projects they play with no issues

HI Maurine,

You need to work on your C drive if you are modifying or saving your project. If you are publishing and testing your content, you need to make sure you upload the course to a web server or LMS for testing. If you view it locally, it may not work properly.

If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:
