I have embedded an mp4 video onto a slide. When I view the mp4 file outside of Presenter, I see a nice, crisp video. When I preview the video in Presenter, the quality is worse. When I publish, the video is extremely blurry - unusable, in fact. I have adjusted the quality settings and have changed settings on the player. Even though the results are better, they are still unacceptable. Any other suggestions?
You may find that videos are blurry in your published output even if you increase the video quality to its highest setting (9) when you publish. We improved video quality in Update 2 for Articulate Studio '13. See this article for more information.
