Published Presenter files missing graphics

Jul 15, 2011

When I publish in Presenter '09, some of the .PNG graphics in my presentation are not visible. Also, the animations and audio are not synchronized. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Studio '09, but still the same problems. One of my coworkers has the same problems.

HOWEVER, two other coworkers are able to publish the same presentation without any problems. So it's a mystery.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing the problems? I'm running Windows 7 on a Toshiba M11 laptop. Thank you - Jeremy
