Publishing error

Hi all,
One of my training peers from Latin America completed his fist Articulate course development yesterday. When he tried to publish it, he got an error.
He sent me screen shots of the error message. I cannot reproduce the error. Between our lack of Articulate knowledge and language barrier, I thought someone here might be able to help.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Terry

Hi Terry & welcome to Heroes,
If you are publishing and the publishing wizard becomes unresponsive please review the following article which outlines suggestions to resolve your issue:

If you have Avast antivirus installed, the publishing process may not complete. For more details on this issue, please see:

Brian,
The first link you have now goes to a page that says "it doesn't exist." Can you please re-post the link? I'm having the EXACT same issue with two courses, and I can't figure out what's wrong.
I do not have the Avast antivirus installed, so the second link is irrelevant.
Thanks,
Angie
Hi Angie!
Thanks for bringing that to our attention. We're still working out some kinks from the old site. In the meantime, here's a clean link to the same article. Let us know if that resolves it. Thanks!
