Thank you so much for your help unfortunately it did not work. I am publishing to my C drive and I also uninstalled my Articulate program and reinstalled it and got the same issue. I think I'm realizing I am able to publish but when I zip the file it doesn't zip correctly. I attached a photo of what the file looks like after I zip it.
Please connect with our Support team here and let them know what you've already tried based on this thread in terms of repairing Studio and ensuring you're publishing to your local drive. You'll want to package your Presenter files according to these directions.

Hi Heather,
Can you confirm that you're trying to publish your Presenter documents to your local drive? Did you try to restart your computer and see if you were still presented with the error message? If the issue continues, please follow the steps outlined here to repair your Studio software.

Hi Heather,
When you create the zip file, are you using the option from the Publish Successful window?
Also, are you publishing for Web, LMS, CD?
Hi Ashley,
Yes, I am using the option from the Publish Successful window. I am publishing for LMS.
Thanks,
