I use Articulate #13 to create the online activity. Now my computer system has been upgraded to Windows 10. But i found there is publishing error when i use articulate. I cannot publish to create zip file and also to articulate online. And also there is an error when i preview some slides. How to solve it? Thanks.
Hello, Wei Jing YU! It sounds like there may be something corrupt in your file that is causing publishing and preview to fail.
With your permission, I'd like to have our Support team take a look at your file to investigate what's happening. They will delete it when they are done troubleshooting.

First, create an Articulate Package by following these steps. Then, send the zipped output file to our team by clicking here.
