Hello:
Having used Articulat '09 for many years, I've just downloaded Articulate '13. The first time I go to publish, I'v ereceived this error message. "We're sorry, somethng went wrong with Articulate Presenter '13 and it might close. You can help us fix this bug by sending us iformation on what went wrong. Be as detailed as possible..."
I couldn't find a post to reference.
Thank you.
Regards,
Rita

Hi Rita,
Welcome to Heroes! I'm sorry to hear about this problem. Was there anything else in the error message? Usually there might be a blue link that you can click that would give more detailed information. Is this happening with other files? With a new file?
Always Happy to Help,
Adrian
Adrian,
I tried publishing again and there was no other error messages or blue link.
These slides include an Engaged Q&A.
I tried with slides with no engage piece and they published fine.
Thank you.
Regards,
Rita
Hi Rita,
Thanks for verifying. Please go ahead and submit a Support Case so that we can take a closer look. Make sure to upload your files when doing so, making sure to package them first using the following instructions.
Thanks,
Adrian
I am having the same problem, was Rita's issue resolved? In my case it is only happening with one course. I have been using Articulate for many years and have never seen this message. I am using Articulate '13 as well.
Hi Rachel and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
I was unable to locate a case on this issue for Rita, so I have no update to provide.
If it is only happening with one file and you are unable to re-create in another file, I would try to:
Note: Articulate resources, such as audio and video, will need to be inserted again into the new presentation. You may need to export the narration from your original presentation, then import it into the new presentation.
You are welcome to share as Adrian instructed above if you'd like us to take a look.
