Publishing for mobile device usage
Feb 14, 2014
Hi,
I wondered if you had a screen cast on this subject for absolute beginners? I know nothing about flash and html etc. so I'm looking for a dummies guide. I have seen your written advice but I can't really follow it fully. Here are some questions I have:
- How do you protect e-learning from being shared with non course buyers?
- The different ways to provide presentations for use on mobile devices and how to do it
- Whether videos work on mobile devices (mine doesn't)
- How to integrate articulate use with LMS (best practice)
Thank you Sonya

Hi Sonya!
We do not have a guide for the questions that you are asking. Our tutorials are typically the best reference.
Protecting your content would be dependent on where it is published. If you are looking to something like Articulate Online or an LMS, then you can require users to login.
To understand publishing for iPad and HTML5, this tutorial answers a lot of questions related to how it will look and behave as well as some of the common LMS questions related to this.
If you are having problems getting your video to play, you would need to provide some more details on this.
Others in the community may be able to share some best practices on what they have found to be best-practice methods on distributing content and lessons learned, etc.
Hi, I'm back, as I didn't move forward with the above. I wondered if there is anymore guidance since I asked the questions above? I'm particularly interested to know if people use Articulates App, how secure our presentations are? Thanks
Hi Sonya!
Hope someone in the community can share what they are doing with you to assist you in moving forward now that your thread has been revived :)
