Publishing for the Public

Hello all,
I would love your help with this. I am trying to publish a course so my boss can show it to some people that do not have access to our internal network. I am using Articulate Presenter '13.
I have looked as several help pages and nothing is truly helping, like this one. https://www.articulate.com/support/presenter-13/publishing-and-sharing-articulate-presenter-content
I have tried publishing to the Web and then trying to make the course visible in Dropbox, but the course will not launch. In fact, nothing really happens at all except the files are showing they are in there.
What am I doing wrong? I need to try to get this published and sent as soon as possible. Any help would be really really appreciated. Thank you. :)

hopefully this helps you:)
Hi Des!
The article that you referenced has information about sharing to Dropbox as well. Be sure you have the content in a Public folder and you are sharing that URL with your learners.
